During your first visit to Cooper St Dental, you will be greeted by reception and prompted to fill out a dental and health history record. This record is to ensure we have a history of your previous dental work and also any medication you may be on or medication you may be allergic to. All of this information is held in strict confidence and is used to help provide our dentists withthe information necessary to give you a complete examination. After completion of this form, Dr Gnesin will provide a full comprehensive examination, x-rays and possibly a clean. This will be followed up at a later stage with any treatment required.
As this is your first consultation, our dentists need to assess your current dental situation and ensure that they thoroughly examine your gums and teeth. We do not include cleaning or polishing in your first appointment, however during the assessment our dentists will advise you on problem areas and possible treatment options you may undertake.
Cooper St Dental accepts payments from health funds. If you are a member of a health fund that covers dental, simply swipe your card in one of our HICAPS machine and all that you need to pay is the difference.
